Earn 75,000 Ultimate Rewards Points, Good For At Least $937.50 Of Travel Or $750 Cash On The Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card!

Earn 75,000 Ultimate Rewards Points On The Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card!

Signup Bonus

You can earn 75,000 Chase Ultimate Rewards points for opening a Chase Sapphire Preferred Card and spending $4,000 in 3 months. Those points are worth a minimum of $750 cash back or $937.50 towards travel and other categories, but they can be worth much more as shown below.

Also available is a 75,000 point offer on the Chase Sapphire Reserve® card.

These cards were previously offering a 60,000 point signup bonus.

Annual fee

There is a $95 annual fee for the primary card and no annual fee for additional cardholders.

Card signup bonus terms

If you received your last Sapphire bonus on today’s date in 2020 or earlier, you are now eligible to earn another Sapphire bonus!

  1. You won’t get approved for this card if you have received a signup bonus on Sapphire Reserve, Sapphire Preferred, or Sapphire card within the past 48 months. You can call Chase to find out when you last earned a bonus on those cards or you can pull up your old statements online to check when you last got a bonus. You can also send Chase a secure message with your old card number to ask when you got the signup bonus on it.
  2. You won’t get approved for this card if you currently have an active Sapphire Reserve, Sapphire Preferred, or Sapphire card. However you can call Chase to change those cards to a Freedom Unlimited, Freedom, or Freedom Flex card, wait 2-4 days, and then apply for a Sapphire Preferred!
  3. You can apply and Chase won’t pull your credit or approve you if you are not eligible to get the card bonus.
  4. You will get the bonus for this card even if you are an authorized user on another person’s Sapphire card.
  5. If you are approved, that means you will get the bonus for this card as long as you spend $4,000 in 3 months.

5/24

Some Chase cards are subject to 5/24 restrictions, meaning that you might not be approved if you have been approved for 5 or more consumer credit cards in the past 24 months. Enforcement of 5/24 has been patchy for the past year and the only way to know if you can get approved is by trying to apply.

Note that the Chase system automatically counts cards like authorized user cards and store cards as cards that count towards 5/24, but if you explain to Chase that those cards are merely authorized user cards or store cards they can manually approve you for a new card.

You can check your credit report for free at the federally authorized annualcreditreport.com to check how many accounts are shows as being open in the past 24 months.

Annual hotel credit

Get a $50 annual hotel credit every cardmembership year as a statement credit when you book any hotel through Chase Travel.

You can pay for hotels with partial cash and partial points at a value of 1.25 cents per point, so you can pay $50 and get back $50, plus use points for the remainder.

Anniversary bonus

Sapphire Preferred Cardholders get a 10% anniversary points bonus on all spending. For example if you spend $20K on your card in a cardmembership year, you’ll get a 2,000 point bonus.

The bonus does not apply to the signup bonus or bonus point categories, it only applies to the 1 point per dollar base spending.

If you or someone in your household has a Sapphire Reserve card you can redeem Chase Ultimate Rewards points earned from any card at a value of 1.5 cents towards paid travel. That makes the 75K points worth at least $1,112.50 towards paid travel.

Airline and hotel transferability

If you or someone in your household has a Sapphire Preferred you can transfer Chase Ultimate Rewards points into valuable airline and hotel mileage currencies.

Card convertibility

You can call Chase to convert this card or any of the following cards into another card from this list:

Note that in general, reps will only allow card conversions after you have had the card for 12 months.

If you or someone in your household has a Sapphire Reserve, then your points will be worth at least 1.5 cents towards travel!

Killer Combos

Stacking multiple Ultimate Rewards cards together can supercharge your earnings by getting you more points per dollar while increasing the value of all your points.

Chase Bifecta would consist of a household that has the Sapphire Preferred or Sapphire Reserve and the Ink Business Unlimited® Credit Card. The total effective annual fees would be either $95 with Sapphire Preferred or $250 with Sapphire Reserve after accounting for that card’s $300 annual travel credit. With the Sapphire Preferred+Ink Unlimited you would earn 1.5 points per dollar everywhere, 2.1 points per dollar on all travel after the Sapphire Preferred annual bonus, 3 points per dollar on drugstores, 3.1 points per dollar on dining, streaming, and online grocery shopping after the Sapphire Preferred annual bonus, and 5.1 points per dollar on travel booked via Chase after the Sapphire Preferred annual bonus. You’ll be able to transfer all of your points into airline miles or hotel points.

Chase Trifecta adds a no annual fee card like the Ink Business Cash® Credit Card or Chase Freedom Flex into the mix, so your total effective annual fee will still be $95 or $250. Both of those cards give options to earn a whopping 5 points per dollar in various categories on top of the 2-3 points per dollar that the Sapphire cards offer and the 1.5-5 points per dollar everywhere else with a Freedom Unlimited card.

Chase Quadfecta would add both the Ink Cash and Chase Freedom Flex on top of a Sapphire card and an Unlimited card, so your total effective annual fee will still be just $95 or $250. The Quadfecta is the sweet spot and allows you to really supercharge your spending everywhere.

Chase Quinfecta could add the Ink Preferred to that mix, adding $95 to the annual fee total. This make sense if you spend money on shipping, social media advertising, or search engine advertising, or if you want free cell phone insurance.

Again, all of these cards don’t need to be in one person’s name. 2 people from the same household can split up the requisite cards that make up the Quinfecta, as they can transfer the Ultimate Rewards points back and forth between themselves freely and they can add each other as an authorized user on their cards!

Airline transfer partners

You can transfer points at a 1:1 ratio to:

  • United (Star Alliance)
  • Air Canada Aeroplan (Star Alliance)
  • Singapore (Star Alliance)
  • Air France/KLM Flying Blue (Skyteam)
  • British Airways (OneWorld)
  • Aer Lingus (OneWorld)
  • Iberia (OneWorld)
  • Qatar (OneWorld, transfer via BA)
  • Emirates
  • JetBlue
  • Southwest
  • Virgin Atlantic

Hotel transfer partners

You can transfer points at a 1:1 ratio to:

  • Hyatt
  • IHG
  • Marriott
  • You can also transfer points to Hilton at a 1:1.5 ratio via Virgin Atlantic.

The great thing about Chase Ultimate Rewards is how versatile and valuable they are

The Ink Preferred Card and Sapphire Preferred cards allow you and anyone in your household to transfer Chase points into miles. They also allow you to use points at a value of 1.25 cents each towards travel.

The Sapphire Reserve also allows you and anyone in your household to transfer Chase points into miles. Plus it allows you to use points at a value of 1.5 cents each towards travel.

The fixed value is excellent and doesn’t require hunting down award space, but those points can be much more valuable by transferring them into airline miles or hotel points.

  • If I want to stay in a 5 star Park Hyatt in the Maldives, Melbourne, NYC, ParisSydney, or Tokyo that would cost over $1,000/night, I can instantly transfer 25-40K points to Hyatt to do that, a value of up to 6 cents per point.
  • If I need a one-way flight from Cleveland (or Chicago, Detroit, Miami, Montreal, Orlando, Pittsburgh, Toronto, etc) to NYC that can cost $500 each way, I can instantly transfer 6K points to Qatar Avios via British Airways to book a short-haul on American with no last minute booking fees. That’s a value of up to 7 cents per point.
  • Air Canada offers one-way short haul awards for just 6K miles. You can also get stopover awards for 5K miles, build round-the-world awards, and get free lap child awards in the US/Canada and bring lap children to anywhere else in the world for just C$25!
  • If I want to stay in a non-chain hotel that costs $300/night and don’t want to pay cash, I can redeem 20K points for the room thanks to my Sapphire Reserve card’s minimum redemption value of 1.5 cents per point or 24K points with the Sapphire Preferred Card’s minimum redemption value of 1.25 cents per point
  • If I want to fly in a $30,000 ANA First Class Suite round-trip from the US to Tokyo, I can instantly transfer 145K-170K points to Virgin Atlantic. That’s a value of up to 21 cents per point. You can now redeem one-way awards for half the price as well!
  • If I want to book a $2,281 business class ticket on Air Canada to Tel Aviv I can redeem 152K points for the flight thanks to my Sapphire Reserve card’s minimum redemption value of 1.5 cents per point or 182K points with the Sapphire Preferred’s minimum redemption value of 1.25 cents per point, plus I’ll earn Qantas miles for more future travel as it’s considered a paid flight instead of an award flight.
  • And thousands of other possibilities from Singapore couples suites to booking Southwest awards with 2 free bags and free cancellations, to stealing 2nd base in middle of an MLB game.

Wide Open Cathay Pacific First Class Award Space!

Pre-COVID, we flew in Cathay Pacific First Class many times on award bargains to Hong Kong and Vancouver.

Cathay Pacific first class features what I think is still the best seat and best bed in the sky on any airline. Service is also fantastic, as are the PJs and other amenities. Kosher meals from Asia and in Cathay first class lounges in Hong Kong are catered by London’s Hermolis, which makes by far the best kosher meals in the air. You can call The Wing lounge in Hong Kong at +852-2747-7972 or The Pier lounge at +852-2747-3939 to request kosher meals in those incredible lounges in advance. In JFK, you can order fresh Fresko kosher meals on demand at the Soho First Class lounge.

But a lot has changed since pre-COVID times. Cathay Pacific permanently ended their JFK-Vancouver flight. China removed free speech from Hong Kong as it moves to bring the former British territory in line with the mainland. And Cathay Pacific stopped flying with first class on most routes, with award space completely blocked on remaining routes.

But you can now book first class award space for travel in 2025 between JFK or LA and Hong Kong. However, it won’t come cheap and it’s only available with Cathay Pacific Asia Miles. You can login here and search for award flights here.

The nonstop flight between LA and Hong Kong is 125K miles each way and the nonstop flight between JFK and Hong Kong is 160K miles each way. You can also fly to other cities in Asia via Hong Kong for similar rates. Taxes and surcharges will add about $150 each way, but it’s still a bargain compared to the $18,000 cost of a paid one-way first class ticket from JFK to Hong Kong.

But I do miss the days when I was able to book a round-the-world ticket with 16 first class flights for the cost of a one-way first class flight today. We did that in 2009, but AA killed off that award type in 2014.

  1. You won’t get approved for this card if you have received a signup bonus on Sapphire Reserve, Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card, or Sapphire card within the past 48 months. You can call Chase to find out when you last earned a bonus on those cards or you can pull up your old statements online to check when you last got a bonus. You can also send Chase a secure message with your old card number to ask when you got the signup bonus on it.
  2. You won’t get approved for this card if you currently have an active Sapphire Reserve, Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card, or Sapphire card. However you can call Chase to change those cards to a Freedom Unlimited, Freedom, or Freedom Flex card, wait 2-4 days, and then apply for a Sapphire Reserve Card!

Card Earnings

  • 3 points per dollar on travel, including airfare, hotels, car rentals, cruises, subways, trains, taxis, tolls, parking, Airbnb, Uber, etc.
  • 3 points per dollar on dining, including sit-down or eat-in dining, including fast food restaurants and fine dining establishments, take-out, and restaurant delivery.
  • 5 points per dollar on airfare booked through the Chase Travel.
  • 10 points per dollar on Lyft spending through 3/31/25.
  • 10 points per dollar on hotels and car rentals booked through Chase Travel.
  • 10 points per dollar on Chase Dining purchases booked through Chase Travel.
  • 1 point per dollar elsewhere.
  • There are no foreign transaction fees.

$300 Annual Travel Credit

Cardholders get $300 in annual refunds that post automatically whenever you charge something that is categorized as travel, which includes airfare, Airbnb, car rentals, cruises, hotels, Lyft, subways, taxis, tolls, trains, Uber, UberEats, etc. It’s pretty easy to spend $300 over the course of a year given the wide range of eligible categories.

If you applied for your Sapphire Reserve on or after 5/21/17, the annual travel credit is based on your cardmembership year. In other words if you opened a card on 3/1/21 and your statement closes on the 1st of the month, you will get a $300 credit for travel spending from 3/1/21 through 4/1/22 and it will reset annually on 4/1.

If you applied for your Sapphire Reserve before 5/21/17, the annual travel credit is based on the calendar year.

Read more about this credit here.

Spend Threshold

You’ll need to spend $4,000 on this card within 3 months.

You can pay your federal taxes for a 1.82% fee.

My local natural gas company allows me to prepay up to $1,000 on a credit card for a $1.65 flat fee. That’s a great way to earn miles and help meet a spend threshold. My electricity supplier allows me to pay with a credit card for free as long as I am enrolled in autopay.

Peloton Credit And Bonus Points

Make a Peloton purchase of $150+ and earn 10 points per dollar spent through 3/31/25, up to 50K points.

Increased Points Value

If you or someone in your household has a Sapphire Reserve card you can redeem Chase Ultimate Rewards points earned from any card at a value of 1.5 cents towards paid travel. That makes the 75K points worth at least $1,112.50 towards paid travel.

Pay Yourself Back

Chase Ultimate Rewards cards allow you to Pay Yourself Back for purchases in rotating categories.

Currently, you can pay yourself back for gas, wholesale clubs, pet supply stores and services, and your annual fee at a rate of 1.25 cents per point through 6/30. Those categories rotate by quarter.

A great feature of the program is that you keep the original points that the purchase earned, even though you paid yourself back for the purchase. That means your points will be worth more than 1.25 cents each!

Airline And Hotel Transferability

If you or someone in your household has a Chase Sapphire Reserve you can transfer Chase Ultimate Rewards points into valuable airline and hotel mileage currencies.

Card Convertibility

You can call Chase to convert this card or any of the following cards into another card from this list:

Note that some reps will only allow card conversions after you have had the card for 12 months.

If you or someone in your household has a Sapphire Reserve, then your points will be worth at least 1.5 cents towards travel!

Priority Pass Membership

Priority Pass lounge membership allows you to bring 2 guests with you into over 1,300 airport lounges.

Secondary cardholders get their own Priority Pass membership and can bring in their own guests.

There are also many airports with restaurants that have $28 credit per person with Priority Pass membership. I’ve used that to get free granola bars, potato chips, and drinks to go! You can still use these for now, but the credits for non-lounge locations will end after 6/30.

Chase Sapphire Lounge Access

Chase Sapphire lounges are now open in Boston, Hong Kong, JFK, LaGuardia, Washginton DC/IAD. A Sapphire Terrace is also open in Austin.

Chase Sapphire lounges in Las Vegas, Philadelphia, Phoenix, and San Diego, and more are coming soon.

Sapphire Reserve cardholders can access Sapphire lounges as often as they want via their Saphire Reserve Priority Pass card with 2 guests at no charge. Additional guests cost $27 each and children under 2 are at no charge. Additional cardholders, which cost $75/year, can also access the Chase Sapphire lounges as often as they want via their Priority Pass card with 2 guests at no charge and the same price for additional guests.

I have visited the LaGuardia lounge several times, and it’s excellent!

It has everything from a kids lounge:

To an awesome arcade room, equipped with a jukebox, pinball, shuffleboard, and photobooth for complimentary use:

Grab a latte (parve milk substitute options are available), beer, or cocktail from the bar:

Or enjoy a complimentary facial:

Global Entry/PreCheck/Nexus Fee Refund

It costs $85 to apply for a 5 year TSA PreCheck membership which makes flying pleasant again. Shorter lines, no need to remove your shoes, belt, jacket, or hat. You can keep your laptop and small liquids inside your carry-on. And you go through a good old fashioned metal detector instead of assuming the position in the body scanner.  If you charge it on your card the fee will be refunded.

It costs $100 to apply for a 5 year Global Entry membership which lets you bypass the customs line. If you have Global Entry you also get TSA PreCheck for free. If you charge it on your card the fee will be refunded.

It costs $50 to apply for a 5 year NEXUS membership and it includes PreCheck and Global Entry. If you charge it on your card the fee will be refunded.

You can read more more about the differences in this post.

My whole family has Global Entry and it sure makes traveling a whole lot easier!

Effective 10/1, kids will be free, but adults will pay $120 for Global Entry or Nexus. Chase has announced that they will continue to cover this higher fee.

Killer Combos

Stacking multiple Ultimate Rewards cards together can supercharge your earnings by getting you more points per dollar while increasing the value of all your points.

Read more about this strategy in depth in this post.

  • Hyatt
  • IHG
  • Marriott
  • You can also transfer points to Hilton at a 1:1.5 ratio via Virgin Atlantic

No other card offers that many Chase Ultimate Rewards points for signing up. The next closest are the Ink Business Unlimited® Credit Card and Ink Business Cash® Credit Card at $750 cash back in the form of 75,000 points for spending $6,000 in 3 months.

Annual fee:

There is a $95 annual fee for the primary card and no annual fee for additional cardholders.

How to apply, Business card and 5/24 info:

This is a business card, but you may already have a business that needs a card to keep track of expenses. For example if your name is Joe Smith and you sell items online, or if you have any other side business and want a credit card to better keep track of business expenditures you can open a business credit card for “Joe Smith” as the business. You don’t need to file any messy government paperwork to be allowed to do that. Just be sure to select “Sole Proprietorship” as the business type and then switch the Tax Identification field from Employer Identification number to social security number and use your personal social security number.

If you have business paperwork you can apply under your business name. Otherwise, it’s critical to just write your own name as the business name if you are just applying for your own small business as a Sole Proprietorship that doesn’t have any business paperwork. You can then send in bills in your own name for verification.

If you’re like me and you run more than one business, you can signup for multiple of the same card for each business to manage each businesses expenses separately.

It’s important to note that business cards from most banks, including Chase business cards, do not get added to your 5/24 count of recently opened cards. That’s because business cards from most banks don’t show up on your personal credit report and the 5/24 count is based off of your personal credit report. That means that applying for these cards won’t “hurt” your 5/24 count.

Another benefit of the card not reporting on your personal credit report is that when you spend money on personal cards your credit score will be hurt even if you pay your bill on time. A whopping 30% of your credit score is based on credit utilization. You can pay off your card bill before your statement is generated to avoid that, but that takes effort and laying out money well before you have to. Additionally it’s good to have the statement close with a couple dollars to show the card is active and being paid every month. On an business cards from banks like AMEX and Chase it’s just not reported, so you can wait until the money is due without it having a negative effect on your score. That also means if you close the card, it won’t have an effect on your credit score.

Cell Phone Protection:

If you pay your cell phone bill on the card you cell phone will be insured from damage, theft, or involuntary and accidental parting until the end of the calendar month following the payment.

This benefit covers claims up to $1,000 and there is a $100 deductible for claims. You do not need to pay for the phone on this card to file a claim.

Visa Savings Edge:

All Chase Ink cards are eligible for additional cash back via Visa Savings Edge.

That means you can earn points plus cash back at ParkWhiz, Budget, Chevron, AutoZone, Boost Mobile, MGM hotels, Wyndham hotels, and more.

Killer Combos:

Stacking multiple Ultimate Rewards cards together can supercharge your earnings by getting you more points per dollar while increasing the value of all your points.

This list will be customized for the Ink Preferred Card.

Chase Bifecta would consist of a household that has the Ink Preferred Card and the Ink Unlimited or Chase Freedom Unlimited®. The total effective annual fees would be either $95. With the Ink Preferred Card you would earn 3 points per dollar on travel, internet, cable, phone, shipping, and more. With an Unlimited card you would earn 1.5 points per dollar everywhere. Either way you’ll be able to transfer all of your points into airline miles or hotel points, but with the Ink Preferred Card you can also use the points with a value of 1.25 cents each towards travel.

Chase Trifecta adds a no annual fee card like Ink Cash or Chase Freedom into the mix, so your total effective annual fee will still be just $95. Both of those cards give options to earn a whopping 5 points per dollar in various categories on top of the 3 points per dollar that the Ink Preferred Card offers and the 1.5 points per dollar everywhere else with an Ink Unlimited or Freedom Unlimited card.

Having all 3 Chase Ink cards means you can take advantage of bonus points on all purchases that you make while not having any effect on your personal credit.

Chase Quadfecta would add both the Ink Cash and Chase Freedom on top of a Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card and an Unlimited card, so your total effective annual fee will still be just $95.

Chase Quinfecta would add either the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card or Chase Sapphire Reserve to that mix, adding $95 or $250 to the additional effective annual fee after the Sapphire Reserve travel credit. This will add either double or triple points on dining, plus with Sapphire Reserve would make your points worth at least 1.5 cents each.

Again, all of these cards don’t need to be in one person’s name. 2 people from the same household can split up the requisite cards that make up the Quinfecta, as they can transfer the Ultimate Rewards points back and forth between themselves freely and they can add each other as an authorized user on their cards!

Airline transfer partners:

You can transfer points at a 1:1 ratio to:

  • United (Star Alliance)
  • Air Canada Aeroplan (Star Alliance)
  • Singapore (Star Alliance)
  • Air France/KLM Flying Blue (Skyteam)
  • Virgin Atlantic (Skyteam)
  • British Airways (OneWorld)
  • Aer Lingus (OneWorld)
  • Iberia (OneWorld)
  • Emirates
  • JetBlue
  • Southwest
  • Qatar (via British Airways)

Hotel transfer partners:

You can transfer points at a 1:1 ratio to:

  • Hyatt
  • IHG
  • Marriott

You can also transfer points to Hilton at a 1:1.5 ratio via Virgin Atlantic.

The great thing about Chase Ultimate Rewards is how versatile and valuable they are:

  • If I need a one-way flight from Cleveland (or Chicago, Detroit, Miami, Montreal, Orlando, Pittsburgh, Toronto, etc) to NYC that can cost $500 each way, I can instantly transfer 7.5K points to British Airways to book a short-haul on American with no last minute booking fees. Or if American doesn’t have availability I can instantly transfer 10K points to United for their short-haul award.
  • If I want to stay in a non-chain hotel that costs $300/night and don’t want to pay cash, I can redeem 20K points for the room thanks to my Sapphire Reserve card’s minimum redemption value of 1.5 cents per point or 24K points with the Sapphire Preferred’s minimum redemption value of 1.25 cents per point
  • Flying Blue has award flights to Israel for 25K miles for adults or 18,750 miles for kids.
  • If I want to fly in a $25,000 ANA First Class Suite round-trip from the US to Tokyo, I can instantly transfer 145K or 160K points to Virgin Atlantic. That’s a value of up to 23 cents per point. You can now redeem one-way awards for half the price as well!
  • If I want to book a $2,281 business class ticket on Air Canada to Tel Aviv I can redeem 152K points for the flight thanks to my Sapphire Reserve card’s minimum redemption value of 1.5 cents per point or 182K points with the Chase Sapphire Preferred’s minimum redemption value of 1.25 cents per point, plus I’ll earn Qantas miles for more future travel as it’s considered a paid flight instead of an award flight.
  • And thousands of other possibilities from Singapore couples suites to booking Southwest awards with 2 free bags and free cancellations, to stealing 2nd base in middle of an MLB game.

Transfer Citi ThankYou Points To Qatar Avios And Get A 30% Bonus, Fly On AA And JetBlue From 4.6K Points!

17

Update: Readers are reporting that the 30% bonus points are posting instantly together with the transferred points!

Disclaimer: Qatar continues to host Hamas’ politburo leadership, which it has done since 2012 and says it will continue to do while mediation efforts are in effect. Those efforts led to the release of several dozen hostages. The country funded Hamas in the past, though that was done with Israel’s request and coordination. Qatar Airways is fully owned by the country of Qatar. Should you fly on Qatar Airways? Should you use their program to save miles or cash versus other programs? I’m reporting the news of what can be done with Qatar Avios, and if you’re on the fence, I’d suggest asking a trusted source of guidance on what you should do in this situation.

Transfer Citi ThankYou Points To Qatar Avios And Get A 30% Bonus

When you convert Citi ThankYou points to Qatar Avios by 5/31 at 4:59pm ET, you’ll get a 30% bonus.

Qatar will add the bonus Avios by June 15th.

Qatar has an excellent partner award chart, with short-haul flights like NYC-Cleveland, Detroit, Montreal, Pittsburgh, or Toronto for 6,000 Avios (4.6K Citi points) in coach or 12,500 Avios (9.6K Citi points) in business class. Or fly between NYC and Miami for 9,000 Avios (6.9K Citi points) in coach or 16,500 Avios (12.6K Citi points) in business class. Cancelations cost $25.

Fly short-haul for just 6K Avios (4.6K Citi points) each way:

While British Airways Avios, you’ll pay a fortune in fuel surcharges to fly overseas on American, a business class ticket from JFK to London will set you back 62K Avios + $1,002:

But you can save a ton by booking with Qatar Avios, the same business class ticket on AA will be 62K Avios + $237:

You can also use Qatar Avios for bargains on JetBlue, which has its own unpublished partner award chart that I put together:

Flight distanceEconomy BusinessSample routes
0-1,1008.5K17KJFK-Boston, Chicago, or Fort Lauderdale
1,101-2,00013K26KJFK-Aruba, S. Maarten, or S. Thomas

2,801-3,70025K78KJFK-Amsterdam, Dublin, London, or Paris

A JetBlue flight from NYC to Miami is just 8.5K Qatar Avios:

A JetBlue flight from NYC to Paris is just 25K Qatar Avios in economy or 78K Avios in Mint business class, with no fuel surcharges:

I took advantage of that deal to fly to Paris last year in JetBlue Mint business class.

You can also use Qatar Avios for travel on Qatar, where you can redeem points for their business class QSuites, considered one of the best business class seats:

You can also transfer Avios between other Avios programs including British Airways, Aer Lingus, Iberia, Qatar, and soon, Finnair.

Read more about the BA Avios program here.
