Delta has released nonstop business class award space between JFK and Europe to their partner airlines.

The best way to book it would be with 50K Virgin Atlantic miles one-way. There are no fuel surcharges for these flights if you book one-way or round-trip from the US. A one-way from Europe to the US would trigger fuel surcharges.
