If you want to pay with your Amazon gift card balance, you can try adding a new Amazon gift card of any amount at checkout. Or you can try adding items until the total exceeds your gift card balance. Is it possible to split payments while redeeming 1 point from a credit card. Meaning to use 1 point from one credit card and pay the rest with another credit card?
If you have amazon GC balance that will automatically apply before it uses that credit card.
So use the other CC to purchase a amazon GC
Only if you pay with gift Card for the rest.

Activated offer a couple of days ago. but now when I tried to check out using capital one and more than $40 worth of items it doesn’t show $10 off does that come separate
