What’s the rate for business class using Virgin?
not familiar with VirginAtlantic. I tried one of the dates and got an error “sorry we are not able to process your request.. do I have to be logged in, do I need points in the account to search?
If there’s no award availability on that date it’ll just give you that message
I apologize if the answer is obvious, but would this be bookable through the Chase points site or do you need to purchase through the Delta or VA websites directly?
Delta/Virgin
Whats vs award change/ cancel policy
Thanks for posting these.
May I suggest, some of these flight are not possible for shomer shabbos people.
How about separating those flights.
For instance in January from nyc only one of the flights are possible and from tlv non of them are possible.
the boston deals are on shabbos?
Let’s see some business seats Delta!!
How to I book without the surcharge?
There is none on the nonstops.
Isnt there also a Virgin Atlantic Mastercard? Transferring from Chase points seems like a huge waste.
There is. Why is Chase a waste?
Flights come up at 27k each way but +$542
Am I doing something wrong?
only direct flights won’t have surcharge
I was trying from EWR to TLV, I selected nearby airports and JFK came up with stopovers. I do not see anything for Delta or anything direct for Nov, Dec, Jan…
Jan 28 Motzei Shabbos for 35k +$5.60 Delta direct
It looks like virgin removed the search calendar and you only seven days at a time without being able to go the next seven.
Search using flexible dates then change the url from dates to calendar then toggle the fliter to direct
I removed the words flexible dates and entered the word calendar and it went back to the search button.
Just change the word “dates” to “calendar”
I just transferred 108,000 Amex points to a brand new Virgin Atlantic account – which got me 140,400 Virgin Atlantic points with this September bonus. Trying to book these tickets for my husband and I and I am getting error after error. I tried it on iPad – Safari and Chrome, as well as iPhone and a laptop. What am I doing wrong?
Try calling them?
Just called they said new accounts with immediate point transfers need like 72 hours before making bookings for fraud reasons. They put a hold on our seats so I won’t lose them during these 72 hours. Thanks!
Hi! trying to book but in addition to points its $1000 why?
Because you aren’t looking at the nonstop dates.
Not working On delta is 130k on Virgin 37k + $423
Any suggestions
Try different dates.
I tried multiple dates / one way and round trip including
JFK to Tel Aviv valid dates:
January 20,
February 5,
March 6, nothing direct came up, neither did Delta. I must be missing something..
Jan 28 Motzei Shabbos for 35k +$5.60 Delta direct
Ding, ding, ding, we got a winner 🙂 I don’t know how people find anything on Virgin Atlantic, that is one ticket, one way and I tried multiple dates, scenario’s.. how did you find it?
Search using flexible dates then change the url from dates to calendar then toggle the fliter to direct
Amazing! (Definitely would have got there 🙂 much appreciated!
How do you change the url from dates to calendar?
Thanks Dan for the deal i was wondering if you cold make a online course with all your tricks and stuff trust me it will become an instant hit
What is the cancellation policy for Virgin miles booking
$50 fee but will get the points back
At least 24 hours before the flight
is it bookable with delta sky miles?
Do these allow for any prem Econ upgrade? If so, how with $ and how with miles?
