You can also buy 8 of the 20 packs that are 9.80 each and get it for 40.4 cents each. There are a number of options with the 20 packs.

I entered the code and it looked fine upon submission (with the correct total as posted here). When I got the confirmation from Ebay/USPS, the total was without the $15 discounted. I emailed the seller (USPS) and they responded that they aren’t allowed to discount stamps and it must be an Ebay promotion. They said they can hope to cancel the order but it may have processed already and I will have to return the product (the reason why I purchased this is so I wouldn’t have to go to the post office during this time of year!). They told me to call Ebay directly – which I did. Ebay transferred me to PayPal saying that the discount won’t show up on their end but maybe it will be shown with Pay Pal. PayPal doesn’t show the discount and the whole $77 was taken out of my credit card. I asked them to cancel it and I pray that they don’t send it to me. Little disappointing.
