I tried to transfer from Cap1. There seems to be 2 types of accounts, Virgin Red and Virgin Atlantic. Cap1 only transfers to Virgin Red and I can’t seem to get my VA account to link.

you need to login to virgin red to get your virgin red id (under profile) – it is a combination of 4 short words. Then put that in where it asks for user id. Points will show on your virgin atlantic account as well.
