I always wondered about china eastern, they often have great fares in the winter to the far east. @Dan did you ever fly with this airlines, can you give us a brief review?

jklty

China eastern airlines is a shanghai based airline, also one of the largest airlines in china. they offer a pretty good service, much better than AA, united or Delta,

Are the garden view rooms, over the water villas? Those are the only ones pricing at 68 I per nogh 5 nights.

Jay

a 30 hr flight?

They’re a decent airline. I flew them biz to shanghai. Stewardesses didn’t speak English well but were friendly and served the kosher meal properly. They’re always cheaper than a USA or Europe carrier but they’re fine. And you get sky miles.

This was a very good deal especially for the way to the Maldives. The way back they only had with 4 stops which was very hard to because of shabbos. The only option was to book the 2 way but in way back book separate with a stop somewhere in Europe.

It’s not dangerous this Arab place.. Also any problem if I have israeli passport?
