dan, you put this on top of every computer deal, but i have some questions, on the amex website it says that all it does is duplicate the manufacturers warranty for another year, and all shipping expenses are not covered! when you say all expenses paid that seems to imply shipping as well?!

Typically that actually either just ask you to bring it to a repair-shop or best buy to get it fixed and they’ll cover the bill or they’ll just refund your entire purchase price!
