my instinct would be yes: The clock, modem and laptop are very minimal amperage draws. So is the printer. The plug can manage a 12 amp device. Add up all your devices amperage to be sure, but I don’t think you’d get anywhere near that … (generally speaking, it’s appliances that generate heat/cold/ventilation that draw power. Everything else is very mild)
I says up to 10A, so just add up the requirements of each device to see if it exceeds 10A. Why would you want to turn your clock, modem, printer and laptop off this way?
Thanks to both. David- It’s actually an energy saving power strip that has some devices that remain “always on” (modem, clock) and others that don’t need to be on and use a lot of energy and that I would want to turn off when not in use (laptop, printer) Good question, though 🙂
