I’m calling Amazon now to determine where to see the credit. The operator I have is telling me I have the credit buti can’t see it from my account. She is asking for more details.. I want to see the credits on my account or otherwise I will return the item.
I was told I would get the promotional credit on the 30th day. I really don’t like that idea. In no credit then I can’t return the item due to the 30 days return policy.
I received the item. Is there a link or any other way to check and see if I received the credit?
