This costs about $11 in BJ’s.
That it was selling for $35 is irrelevant. That’s way too much to pay for sugar. This is barely a deal. Walmart has a 4lb bag of sugar for $2 all the time. For those who don’t want to do the math, that’s 20lbs for $10.

My point was that the “regular” price of $35 is a horrible value and a person would need a great reason to buy it—therefore it shouldn’t be taken into account when calculating savings.

I forgot to cancel something in my S&S order this month … I might have to hide it from her 🙂
Ho hum. Last week Stop and Shop had 4 lb. bags for $1.49. With the $.65 off 2 coupon that was in the paper, as doubled by S&S, the cost was $.21 per pound, less than half of the Amazon deal.
Sugar is not good for you. Avoid it.
