Does this work if you buy a separate ticket originating from US and then a one way ticket from israel?

Looks like they just killed the deal on premium economy nonstops.
Definitely bookable with chase you need to select the economy option because the premium gives a error but you can change it on the next page please give me a hat tip

We have a specific policy about Israel Refund. This is for ticket refunds according to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (5741-1981). It is showing that Refund is requested in writing within 14 days of the purchase date, but no less than 7 business days before the departure date of the first flight, A cancellation fee applies
5% of the ticket’s price or ILS currency 100, whichever is lower, Refund will be processed to original form of payment (FOP), then Customer needs to access prefunds.aa.com.
Does the ticket have to be purchased from the Israeli website
