Kosher travelers won’t go hungry in the city of lights.
In 2010 we spent Shabbos in Paris and had wonderful meals with other travelers from around the world at Chabad of Champs Elysées.
Darjeeling makes the best kosher Indian food in the world and Thai One has some of the best kosher Thai food in the world as well. Both are glatt kosher, which is sadly a rarity in Paris. L’inte Cafe is a phenomenal dairy cholov yisoel restaurant. And L’As du Fallafel makes one of the best Felafel in the world and gives even the best places in Israel a run for their money.
Chez Akol makes the most delectable cholov yisroel French pastries in the world. Saraden and Charles Trateiur also make great pastries. Damyel makes some of the best bittersweet chocolate in the world and Ardely makes great cholov yisroel chocolates.
We went to Rome last July and had an amazing time. The city’s kosher dairy cuisine is simply out of this world and David Walden of Rome for Jews does an amazing job with the Jewish Ghetto tour.

if you book with miles and pay the taxes with your card you get the free luggage if you book through chase according to their terms you do not get the free luggage(never tried it myself)

Just be aware that although you can get the free luggage by using the united card, the seat selection is whatever you are given at check-in 24 hrs in advance and you cannot change it.So there is a very good chance you may be stuck with a middle back seat and too bad.

Didnt purchase but i clicked thru while logged into my 1k account. It would not show me E+ and when i clicked a reg seat its said “$25.”

AA and IB also have some options to Spain below $300 in Basic Economy.
Delta also has this fare, British Airways, and more. But all without seat selection and no baggage, if you don’t have a credit card that would override that.

While traveling other parts of the world there were a number of times i’ve met Jews from Paris that have moved away due to safety concerns for Jews.
Basic economy on United does not allow you to pick a seat Dan. Please can you double check that? They told me you are assigned one at check in and you cannot change it
