What’s the name of the yeshiva/shul/mikvah/etc…? (What is ‘CHH’?) Unless I missed it, neither here nor on the link does it tell us the name of the business or the purpose of the tzedaka? I have no clue what they are collecting for.

You are correct, there was a typo. The prize includes a week in Hawaii and not Italy.
