Blessing for Healthy Offspring
“Great is the merit of this Mitzvah of [Mikvah], of which [the verse says by way of analogy:] “God is the Mikvah of Israel”, to bless all those involved with healthy offspring and to hasten the ultimate salvation of all Jews [with the coming of Moshiach]”

“May it be the will of God, blessed be He, that all those involved in and who have contributed to this great Mitzvah, that God, May He be blessed, bestow upon them all that they need, to each and every one in accordance to his situation [in general], and specifically with abundance of Nachas and delight derived from their children in every detail.”

“Dependent on Tahras HaMishpacha is not only spiritual continuity, but also physical continuity of each individual [Jew] and [for the Jewish people] as a whole. As such, the urgency to establish a Kosher Mikvah in every Jewish region, that will enable every Jewish women the ability to abide by the laws of Taharas HaMishacha without added difficulty, is not a matter of doubt, and there are no challenges that can be allowed to prevent the building of a Mikvah. It is self understood that it is of the utmost importance that the Mikvah be built at the earliest opportunity [considering] that one who saves a single Jewish life is considered as though he saved an entire world, and the responsibility of delaying [the building] even for a short while is to great to bear.
Therefore I plead to all those in whose capacity it is to help in this regard …. to contribute with the greatest of enthusiasm in order to achieve all the necessary means to build the Mikvah … the Merit of this great Mitzvah shall stand [in good stead] for each and every one of the participants in this [project] to be blessed by God, may He be blessed, in all that they need [in general, and specifically ] in regard to [the bearing and raising of] children, health, and livelihood in abundance”
