Everview Group LLC (formerly Plainview) is a back‐office support and healthcare consulting firm that manages skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities in various states across the United States with a focus on clinically and financially distressed operations.

We are looking to hire an AP Clerk / Vendor Relations Specialist to join our Accounts Payable team in our NY office. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.

Role Responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial, administrative, and clerical support of assigned facilities.
• Responsible for real time/ongoing communication with vendors.
• Responsible to understand & resolve questionable invoices and identified discrepancies.
• Responsible to ensure anticipated credits are captured and received.
• Ensure all authorized vendors have contracts and W9’s on file.
• Ensure all invoices are received and processed prior to AP month close.
• Ensure all cleared payments have a respective invoice and that its closed out timely.
• RFMS payment management.
• Vendor conflict resolution.

Role Requirements:

• High school diploma. associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.
• 2‐3 years experience with accounts payable or general accounting
• Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• High degree of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
