D3 must be taken together with vitamin k2.
As d3 will lead to calcifcation in the arteries. K2 makes sure calcium absorption goes to the teeth and bones where it belongs. D3 effect is mass absorption of calcium what’s important it goes only to bones and teeth not to the wrong places like organs or arteries.
