Google Express is pretty awesome. Whenever we need an item from the grocery store or Costco we’ll just order it and have it within 1 or 2 days. I’ve developed quite the habit for La Croix Grapefruit seltzer because of Google. Available stores vary by the region of your delivery address. If you’re in the LA region you can even order from Western Kosher.

I tried using Google Express with my 25% off coupon to buy something from Fry’s. The discount came off but I was charged 10.5% in “tax.” It seems like they use CA tax and fees regardless of where you are. Same with Walmart. I was charged in excess of my state tax. Target wanted to charge me a small order fee. Why would I want to use Google Express when I can order direct from the company and pay less (excluding a coupon like this)?
It ships from Chicago for me, so I pay IL tax.
It all depends on where you are based.
For me, I can order Costco items shipped to my house for the same price as the store. That’s a win!
So I got one!
Now my wife wants to know what I’m going to do with it!
We don’t have chromecast nest thermostat or any smart lights nor were we looking to buy them.

I did. Worked for me. Got the google home mini for $40 after 25% off and than I got the $25 coupon code. Final price essentially $15 for the Google mini
Google home minis are only 29.99 now at Walmart.
