Did anyone receive their Chase Offer cashback? My Chase Offer expired 1 day after I placed my order but the charge didn’t post until several days later which then was after the offer expired. Will Chase honor if I show them the date on receipt?
I ordered 9/3. Shipped on 9/7. The Chase cash back deal expired 9/7. When I check my Chase Accoint, however, it shows the transaction date as 9/8 and post date as 9/9. Not sure how the transaction date can be AFTER the item ships, but the cash back is unlikely to apply. I think I will take screenshots of my original order receipt and tracking confirmation email as well as the tracking details and send Chase a secure message. Can’t hurt to ask for a ~$13 adjustment. I can see them declining it, however.
