You can pause up to 12 weeks last time I tried. BUT it auto restarts after the pause period is up. I ended up paying for like 2-3 months before I realized what happened. Set a calendar reminder to go re-pause at the end of the pause period.
You can’t use the same credit card though, they’ll say that you aren’t eligible

The problem with this deal is, it’s only for the ad-supported plan and I find the ads on Hulu are absolutely horrible. If there was an equal discount of $4 off for the ad-free plan I’d jump on it. Not sure what I’ll do when the Platinum streaming credit expires and the Disney+/Hulu ad-free/ESPN+ bundle is no longer free…
they dont seem to offer deals on non ad plan which is super annoying, even if i had to pay a year in adavnce, maybe its a lot more expensive to run these shows especially more current shows w/o ads. the new greys anatomy season that covers covid in first few episodes still has 1 ad at thebeginning and at end of show even on the non ad plan based on there agreement.
