I created an account after downloading their app onto my phone and purchased the eBay gift card. All went through fine.

I just bought $100 by paying $91.75 from Raise earlier 🙁
Raise sent me an email to call them up and verify myself.
I called up and had to answer about 5 questions that they select randomly based on public records. They said they require this for new sign-ups. After all this the Gift Card finally appeared in my Raise wallet.
I had a very bad experience with raise.com, but have used cardcash.com when you posted it and have only been happy
My $5 referall did not work so was $91.75.
