Can you use these to buy other gift cards at Target?
They cancelled my order for being high risk. I had ordered around 60$ worth of gift cards so weird.

Tried 3 times to buy Target card. 3 times cancelled due to high risk. Called them and they said they’d look into it. Email response is they cannot process my account but they don’t know why. Just created new account with different email and got same thing.
