@A European: Limit 2. Always experiment with these offers to find the limit. Usually it’s one, but sometimes you get lucky.

Do I get 5 points by using ink, by paying with a PayPal account that has ink card?
And do I get 5 points on anything in eBay?

@Gubevo: I gave up on the ebay gift cards after a similar experience. I finally got to the bottom of it though. Unless you link your bank account to paypal, they limit your gift card usage to $500 per month. The rep was unable to provide any logical reason for this policy. Clearly one of paypal’s strong arm tactics to try to trick you into foregoing credit card points by making the default payment method direct withdrawal from your bank account (I confirmed with paypal rep that there is in fact no way to change this default setting, which, again, is completely illogical except for the explanation that the company is hoping that every once in a while you forget to change the payment method to credit card). I really can’t wait until they are driven out of business by apple pay and the like.
