You can request a return shipping label from them, but they deduct that cost from your refund.
Although if you change your mind and don’t want to pay for return shipping you can either resell it being that once the sale is over you’ll be selling it for a decent amount less than retail. Or you can wait until it’s past the return window and then use return protection if you bought it on the right card. (They may even refund you and let you keep it if your lucky.)

The one from piccolino is in storm grey not grey hound just for the record (in case anybody really cares or knows the differences ( – the difference between the 2018 and 2019 models, which the only difference (that I know of) being the color of the handlebar).
Royal blue is now also available by piccolino for $399 although when you hover your mouse over the color (which on their website actually looks white) it does say “open box” (which probably also means that there is only one available at that price)

possibly an amex. why are you getting it from pishposh as opposed to piccolino where you wouldn’t have to pay tax?
Pishposh also doesn’t charge tax confirmed via chat with them.
