Boy. This model looks exactly like the Brother HLL2360DW I bought two weeks ago. Argh!
So Dan I have to thank you for posting this! I called Staples to complain that I bought the equivalent Brother, and they told me that the Brother is actually a better quality printer than this hence the price difference between the two. But when I said even the Brother model is on sale for less than what I paid, the CSR said he will check if he can price match it since it was less than two weeks. He gets back on and says sorry we can no longer price match it, but offered me double the difference to be refunded onto my CC. “Is that OK?” .
Well, I know 200% refunded is better than 100% refund, so I said sure!
