if u need a tv and want the coolest one this is good, but in general a 42″ tv 1080p should coust you approx $400-450, basicly add a zero to in inch size of the tv. (32in $320-350..)

Please tell me where you can find a quality (Samsung, LG, Sony, Sharp Bravia, etc) 42″ 1080p LCD for $400-$450?

And this is an LED, much much slimmer and lighter than an LCD.
