I’m having issues checking out as well. Even when I selected “Debit or Credit Card”, I got this message: “Payment method: The card number you entered is not an AT&T gift card or promotion card. Please change your payment method to “New credit or debit card,” or check that you’ve entered your card information correctly.”
i ordered a case for a galaxy S8+ and the order was canceled right away:(
and i chated with ATT online and they wrote me that they are experiencing some slow down on there system and i should try ordering i again in a few hours! (so they could cancel this sale before!!)
i now ordered the second option of the galaxy s8+ and it did go:)

Most of the cases were out of stock. the one I liked was available, placed the order online, received a confirmation of receipt of order and 10 minutes later received a message saying that my order could not be complete pending more info and to call the number below. Called the number listed and went through a maze of employees and no one could help. As I dont have an AAT account could not use the automated system. Wasted 40 minutes on the phone and needless to say was not able to find anyone who could tell me what the “missing’ info on my online order was! This was a big runaround for nothing. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS OFFER!
