My wife has just become the victim of identity theft. We are trying to work through this now, but I was wondering if you could post something on preventing identity theft. Now, and rightfully so, she is very concerned about credit cards we have signed up for in the past and is becoming reluctant to doing more in the future. Is this the problem? Do you use lifelock or anything like that?

I also bought this about 10 days ago but that was for $75×2 one. They updated the listing to $50×2 this time so this is a new offer. I had no issue purchasing it but for a while, I couldn’t buy anything from paypal digital regardless of what paypal account or ebay account I used. I thought I was on their black list or something but it started working…
I took advantage of this offer 3 weeks ago and when I first clicked on ebay offer it said all gone. Now I clicked through and just completed the purchase.

how come when i try to buy ebay email gift cards with other gift cards (after the 4 hours it takes paypal to register it) it sometimes says “This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information.”?

That’s the issue I typically run into. you can call paypal and try to resolve it but I typically don’t bother. I don’t think $5 saving is worth the hassle to deal with the paypal CSR and there is a no guarantee that it will be fixed.
Btw, I can confirm that purchase from paypal digital through ink no longer earns 5x UR points.

I had this same problem last time. You need to call PayPal CS and have them unfreeze your account. This time it worked fine for me without having to call.
