Many of the companies are running terrific trade-in deals now on the iPhone 5 and iPhone 6 if you trade it in for the iPhone 7.
Worth taking a look at.

sprint had the 256 gb for the price of the 128gb if you trade in your old phone so $100 plus your old iphone 6/6s for a new iphone 7 256gb (better than me trying to sell my old iphone to get enough for a 256gb iphone 7

@Anonymous: Sorry for late reply, I traded my iPhone 5 into Verizon for $400 of the iPhone 7. If you trade in your iPhone 6 I believe you get the 7 for free.
I believe AT&T and T-Mobile had similar deals, but possibly only for trading in the iPhone 6.
And I also believe you need to be eligible for an upgrade as well. But if you meet the requirements they are great deals. I’d call up asap and see what deals they are running if you’re interested.
