I would try calling them to get them to honor it.

Definitely call. They are very helpful on the phones. Since my cart had sale items, the coupon wasn’t working for the full $50 (only for the non-sale items), so I called and they added a credit balance to my account for the remainder of the $50.
mayfair games are not included as well.

I called when I realized that mayfair wouldn’t be honored and I had already bought the voucher, and they gave me a $50 courtesy credit instead of the voucher that worked. Thanks Dan!
I ordered a $50 set of lego, and it’s perfect!
Like people have mentioned above, when I entered the promo code it said that it doesn’t cover this product. So I called customer service and they deactivated the promo code and put a $50 credit in to my account instead. Thier customer service was excellent- a human answered on the first ring (no prompts at all), open 24/7, and she was helpful and apologetic.
