Dan you gotta come up with an alternate deal to these stamps for the next time eBay has a coupon like this. Stamps is getting old
The terms of this code say once per paypal account. I normally have no trouble using it with my one ebay ID and 2 different paypal accounts but this time for the second paypal account it’s saying I have already used it, when I haven’t. So it seems it is really once per ebay account.
Is there a way to resell stamps or is this just if you need them?

The stamps are just an example. If you shop Ebay regularly (you sound like an Amazoner, lol) then just look in your watch list to remind yourself of anything you need and get an extra $15 off. I don’t think Dan tells us what to buy, just gives examples (helpful examples). I got a great discount on a part needed for our Sebo vacuum cleaner in here w/ the extra $15 off plus the extra $ off on an already discounted pair of SAS shoes before.
Bought the stamps but the cart finished before I could put the $15 code in. So I tried again, thinking to cancel the first order afterwards. Also didn’t work. I emailed them right away but I think I’m getting US government treatment i.e. they’re ignoring me. How can I either get the $15 off or cancel the order? ebay or paypal dispute?
Don’t you e-mail the seller on e-mail to ask to cancel and then, if no response, call eBay to “intervene”?
I ordered the stamps and received a sealed empty bag. Ive had to escalate the return through ebay and I’m still dealing with it to try and get a refund.
