Tried getting 3 packs and it says the coupon was used already.
These must be really heavy pens. I got this follow up email…

Ordered two different 4-packs. Confirmation email showed this spilt into two orders, discount applied to both orders, 1.00 + tax for each. Follow up email for one of the orders showed a revised shipping date and no applied discount ….
Worked out but wasn’t painless. First order was charged 1.07, second order was charged 9.07.
Called and a CSR explained system treated one of the items as back ordered, and a new order was created by the system. Coupon is not applied to the new order but as a “courtesy” he processed a credit to the charged card, and emailed me confirmation of a 8.00 credit.

I called by phone since the order wouldn’t process online. The supervisor told me that coupons don’t apply to back-ordered items. She said it is out of stock but offered to ship me 3 packages of pens free for the inconvenience.
Office Depot canceled my order saying it was available at a current store. Guess deal was too good for them to actually fill.

My order and email both said $1.xx, but it just got an alert a few minutes ago that my card was charged $18.49. Hmmm…
Office Depot web site says that it is sold out. Customer service says it could be ordered to receive when restocked in 2 weeks, but cannot determine a price without creating a customer account first. Any recommendation?
So… they shipped two orders each had two pending charges (excluding tax) – one for $1 and one for $9 – the first order came and I was charged $1.09 and then the second came and yup $9.49 – have to waste time returning them…
