One of my larger orders from Elevtd was refunded in full a.k.a. cancelled im assuming. Btw i paid with paypal and did a guest checkout. Given this im almost certain the rest of my orders on both Elevtd and Shoes.com are going to be met with the same fate.
just called Elevtd customer service and was told that the $24.95 clearance prices were legit. the agent checked my order # and said so far it “doesn’t appear there’s any indication it will be cancelled”…..hmmm. still fingers crossed that a shipping confirmation will actually be sent soon.

Of my 3 things, 2 are getting shipped out of Ontario, CA and one out of Portland, OR. I wonder if where they are coming from helps that they are being shipped out?

Shoes.com. I have nothing from Elevtd yet. I think it is so small they were probably ready to stop shipments. I think Shoes.com has centers all over the US that woke up and just start shipping stuff before they knew what happened. Just my own thoughts, nothing to really base it on besides the fact that I got some stuff shipped from Shoes.com
Last time it took about 48 hours to receive shipping confirmation from Elevtd so wait until the end of the day for a confirmation

I was told that shipping is taking longer since the flash sale they had last week. I was also told that four orders were canceled because the inventory is out of stock. (Btw, The flash sale was to get rid of old inventory. )

It says on ups.com that a label was created, but that’s it.
It’s possible that it doesn’t mean anything and a label is automatically generated when an order is placed regardless of the order being honored …just speculation unless someone has received from Elevtd…..

I Just spoke with Elevtd and the woman told me that because of the “sale” there were delays shipping out the orders. She said that unless it is out of stock the orders should be shipping out today or tomorrow. and she said that my order looked good:)

Has anyone gotten a refund for the cancelled orders? Rep said one of my items was cancelled and money was refunded but it is not in my PayPal or on credit card. Order status also says “Preparing for shipment” for that item. The other item in the order shipped. When do I start dispute?
i called and was told one shipped today and one canceled due to lack of inventory. regarding refunds they said it can take up to 5 days to post. regarding the fact that there was no inventory for one of my orders the lady gave a 25 percent discount for a next order. This does not seem as a company that is built do deal with the amount of orders placed. Their system of emailing, refunding and public policy is far from up to date. Thanks Dan for posting this sale. I am sure many people were able to get something beyond their affordability.
