FYI – most (all?) of these have man made (or synthetic) uppers and soles.
Therefore, many of these can be worn on Yom Kippur, and many of them will make your feet sweat/smell since they don’t breathe well….

Dan, regarding Amex purchase protection, if I bought an iPod & the earphones broke, am I supposed to put the amount that earphones cost or how much I paid for the iPod ?

You can make a claim with Amex because there is no free shipping to make a return?!
