I’m very disappointed with 32 Degrees, a company I’ve bought from several times. I accidentally placed the order while trying to correct the order (I had selected the wrong hat) and type in the discount code. I contacted them immediately and they have refused to cancel it even though it hasn’t shipped and the credit card still shows “pending.” Yes, it’s a small order but it’s poor customer service.
