What’s the return policy like for incorrect for?

“Our Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 90 days from the original date of purchase (returns after 90 days are eligible to receive an in-store credit only).

All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt and any refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original card only. Best efforts will be made to refund merchandise purchased on a debit card to the original card. Any amount refunded or credited will be reduced by the pro rata amount of any savings promotions used to purchase the returned/exchanged merchandise.

All refunds require customer name, address and phone number. Any refunds over $50 for non-credit or debit card purchases which could not be refunded to the original card will be paid to you with a check issued from our corporate offices. If register funds are unavailable for refunds under $50, a check will be issued from our corporate offices. All checks will be issued within 10 (ten) business days. Returns/exchanges on altered or worn clothing are subject to store management’s sole discretion

I don’t know if it’s a great deal, but I took advantage of the Buy 1 Get 1 on the “Classic Collection Non-Iron Tailored Fit Spread Collar Dress Shirt” for $25/each.

Could only take advantage of one $14.99 shirt in my size before quantity dried up; the Classic Collection Non-Iron Tailored Fit Spread Collar Dress Shirt, and one pair of dress pants at $23.

Also took a couple of the 40% off Signature Slim Fit Spread Collar Dress Shirts for $29/each…

May end up returning most of this order, but will be a chance to refresh on the quality of the shirts since I haven’t picked up many Jos A Bank products in a long time..

Classic collection is not returnable

Does anyone know what’s the difference between the 2 short-sleeve shirts. One is for $11.99, the other $14.99?
(When looking then up they are described the same, one is 5jj2 the other 5jj3.)

Anyone have free shipping code for this?

@jose bank: “Classic Collection” is their factory store merchandise. No where near the quality of the regular store merchandise, and are no longer returnable. They are no longer labeled “Factory Store” ever since they permanently closed them all a few months ago.
