Any issues regarding Shabbos? I have heard that even when alarm is turned off, it still makes a soft beep sound when door is opened.
You can turn off the sound, but there may be some issues with an LED light that lights up when a door/window sensor is opened/closed, even when system is disarmed. Here is a link to a discussion on this specific issue:

On the doors I use for Shabbos, I remove the sensor by sliding it off. I replace it after Shabbos. All other doors, windows, and features such as glass break remain functional
I’m a frum guy who works for the company. All sounds can be turned off. However the lights on the entry sensors cannot. I personally take all the sensor off the door for shabbas and yom Tov. As well as take out a battery from the door lock.
If you are tech savvy and don’t mind probably voiding the warranty you can open the back of the entry sensor and solder the light off. I’m not a rabbi so I can’t tell you that there is or isn’t a problem if the system is getting a signal that it’s opened or closed. But that would solve the light issue.
When you take off the sensor do you delete from app every shabbos and reinstall? or once you take one piece no issue?
