one per device or one oer amazon prime customer? or is amazon prime even required?

Boruch

Any way to this on a non fire device

Ariella

Is there a way to track how many hours I’ve streamed without having to do it manually?

Braden

It appears that you need cable to watch mostly everything, then you just sign in under your cable service account. Oh well…

Honest Abe

I’m confused….Do you have to pay for this service and then after watching it for 10 hours you receive $25 in credit and then you cancel it….Or is signing up for this free?

Ariella

If you have cable tv and your package includes this channel then it doesn’t cost anything. You login with your tv account to watch.

mickey

I dont understand…it asks for my TV subscription…what is that?

schlomo

I signed up for 1 week hulu subscription (free). Make sure you get the option for Live TV. Then when you sign into Discovery Go, you can indicate your Hulu subsciption and it will start working.

I plan to let the 10 hours keep going by itself and it should be at 10 hours in the morning

BrooklynDan

A lot of the episodes are free to all, no need to sign in with cable account. I hope those episodes count for streaming.

mickey

which episodes?

J

Does streaming on a fire tablet count or does it have to me fire stick,ECT?

Zac

I’m assuming a Kindle Fire counts. It says to allow up to 7 days for the credit. still, i am curious if anyone completed 10 hours and by any miracle got the credit already?

There are many free episodes… including an 82 minute one. You can probably rewatch them too… but I also find it runs by itself and moves from free episode to free episode as they end.

I wish they had some way to check progress. Would be a shame after 10 hours of this to find it did not work. They also have some sort of limit. I kind of wonder if in the first 10 – 12 hours they hit it. lol

Yago

I’m unable to download the discovery go app on my Fire HD šŸ™

Joe

And way to see how many hours I have watched?

C

received the credit, it is only for the apps and games store not sitewide

EB

Still haven’t received the credit and I’m 99.9% sure I did the 10 hours. Anyone else in the same boat and have any luck arguing their case with Amazon?

EB

I chatted with support and they didn’t exactly explain why the credit wasn’t added but they went ahead and added it for me – supposedly for anything sold by Amazon. I checked and the courtesy credit is there!
