This was shipped and sold by Amazon and the coupon could have been generated multiple ways. These orders will ship. And if the seller is savy enough to add coupons (not even sure they can when item is shipped and sold by amazon) then kol hakavod for a great marketing head.

Assuming there’s no way of knowing exactly how many were sold before it went dead, but it’s very possible that with thousands of dd viewers it can be sold out in seconds especially when it’s a no brainer steal of a deal even if there were a few hundred items in stock
