just got an e mail cancelling my order because it was a price mistake

got an e mail stating it shipped. then two days later, after cyber monday of course they sent me an e mail saying it was a mistake and would not honor it. tried to chat with them and was number 688 in line. stayed on the phone for 1 1/2 hours today and they claim it was a third party vendor who withdrew the offer. In any case I did not get the kitchen and would never do business with the company again.

Order was cancelled. I called and they said that there was an error in the system and they will not honor the order as the item costed them more than $40. They still have the item in stock. Are they allowed to do this?

For all of us saying that they have shipping details from FEDEX, dont get too excited. It’s an auto generated email by FedEx. It simply states that a (or two or three) shipping label was generated. Believe it when you actually receive the product.
Those that have actually received theirs, kudos to you, those of us with cancelled orders, at least let’s just enjoy the free 15 credit we all have now.
I’m gonna call them and have them give me a bigger credit than just 15 as I ordered 3 units and all got cancelled.
