Delivery cancelled due to some shipping issue, money refunded. Anyone else get this and actually get the trike?
i had the same, delivery cancelled due to shipping issue. i chatted with customer service on the app, was told to reorder it and they will refund me the difference when it is delivered. i made sure to keep a paper trail and had the CS agent email me a transcript of the conversation. the new one came on friday, i called them to get the refund. they had to transfer me to 3 supervisors because the difference in price was significant, but because i had the email where the fellow said i’d be refunded, they honored it and refunded me the difference in price. so yes, i have the tricycle and i got it for the $145.92 price. it’s working well and my son loves it b’h!
