So the stuff they sell there is used?
Not necessarily. They write that that condition is used, because if the box has a little nick in it, then it’s not in brand new condition. Your more likely to get a product with a little damage to the package, or something that was opened and resealed, then to get something that was used for a long time. The seller listing will also explain the exact condition (e.g. damaged package, product has scratches, original packaging/repackaged, etc…)

Could be. But warehouse items are definitely cheaper, and totally worth looking into unless you’re buying a gift.
Also ALL warehouse deals are allowed to be returned up to 90 days after especially during the holiday season all returns are till January 31st
