How does this compare to the Galaxy tab 3s deal you posted a few days ago
That is a 2017 model this is 2019.
I saw that but the tabs3 is more powerful right … I mean why else the higher cost for an older model
Does anyone know if the 128 GB version has 2 GB of RAM or 3 GB?

RAM actually matters quite a bit with multitasking and page reloads on iOS and Android, tablets and phones. Mid-range Android phones usually come out with 4 GB and high end phones mostly have 8 GB. Even with 4 GB I get quite a bit of lag and page reloads, for a tablet where you’re going to be multitasking at least 4 GB is necessary. For watching videos it might not matter quite so much but more is still better.
2 GB is ridiculously low, so at least the 128 GB version has 3 GB.

Of course you are correct. Can you verify that the 128 GB version does indeed have 3 GB of RAM? Some commenters on Amazon mentioned that the 64 GB version (which isn’t even listed on the Samsung website) has 3 GB RAM, but I can’t find anything on the 128 GB version.
