Any links provided will be conspiracies, no doubt about that. For our household buying, we are avoiding Apple products because of personal experiences occurring several times over. I had 2 iPhones over the years (SE and 7) and my wife (8 and X) begin to have issues of calling quality, screen failure, network connectivity. Apple store did what they do best- they brought the phones to the “back” to “check” the internals of the phone. On the various visits they blamed it on AT&T, the sim-card, the phone’s speaker (although bluetooth didn’t work either), a previous recall– but we missed the window for a complimentary factory repair. I have had a Galaxy A20s since December— doesn’t have all the ‘bells or whistles’ but it works— and I can actually make phone calls. {With my iphone 7, this was the issue which they blamed on my sim card. https://support.apple.com/iphone-7-no-service }

You won’t ever really find discounted prices on newish iPhones is all I’m saying, unlike most other Android phones. Believe me, I’m not an iPhone person, but thats just how the phone market works. iPhones retain their value for much much longer than any phone, despite what you may think about it. It’s just that people will spend much more on them so people sell them for more
