The blue ones are $17.99 for the same 240 pens, so you can add an item to up to $12.99 and get the same total.
Never mind that. I see the blue is not eligible for the 50% off.
It is not giving me the $10 off $30 even though I am ordering from the your link of filler items.
Update: This offer seems to only work as exactly outlined above, only the 240 Black BIC pens trigger the second $10 off $30 promo (even though the markers are still in stock and the other two items on the 50% off list can still be ordered to be delivered later).
Second Update: Offer may be dead. The only item on the 50% off list is now the $78 markers.
Third Update: Amazon is driving me crazy. Original four items back on 50% list and now they added a fifth one.

Fourth (and final) update: Note that if you use an AMEX card as payment (even for only one point) verify if you are still getting the 50% off promo. Amazon retracted the offer on my checkout cart and gave me the AMEX 30% off promo (or whichever one you may have) instead of the 50% off promo.
