Beware there are some real inappropriate cards on there, as per the review on Amazon!
I have this edition, and don’t recall any cards like that.
They make an 18+ version of the game, perhaps the reviews were talking about that version.
I saw the images from the review, and those cards aren’t even from this game, of course if you see those, just toss them.
Some sets included four sample cards from another game.
