@jj @dan, there is a significant upgrade that you didn’t mention…the skin sensor that was included in the AirPod 3, is included in this model instead of the optical sensor.

Got it at $189. Just chatted them to try to get a $20 credit (it’s still in my return window) and they said it’s against policy. I asked for a supervisor, getting the response “they’ll tell you the same thing”, but I insisted, and the supervisor immediately agreed to give me a $20 promotional credit toward future purchases. 🙂

Update! I started a new chat. Spoke to a rep who told me no, yet again. Asked to speak to a manager. The manager immediately put $10 promotional credit on my account. Thank you to all who gave advice above! Now what happens if the price goes even lower 🙂
