Originally ordered this one, but cancelled and instead got the one from Costco. If you can manage with the smaller size (and are a Costco member obviously), Costco has the Little Giant MegaMax 17 Ladder (as opposed to the 22 of this post) for $149.99 online:

In store, I picked one up for $129.99 (YMMV). It also comes with an AirDeck Tool Tray (~$50 on its own) and is rated for a higher weight (Type 1A, 300lb) than the one listed here (Type 1, 250lb).
I think that deal is until 10/28.
