So I got a total of 40 capsules. The listing still says “pack of 20”, which should come up to 800 total, as suggestedin the post.
Will Amazon refund me anything? Send me 760 more capsules?

They gave me a replacement order and $100 Amazon credit
Really! A replacement order in what way? You just told them that you expected 800 pods in accordance with the item’s title/description?
I told them supposed to get 800, now they will ship another 40, and gave me $100 credit. But Iām still waiting for an answer from there marketing team to get another 720 pods.

They offered a replacement of 40 but the computer spit it out, as “ineligible for replacement” because it’s no longer listed as the original of 800 pods. She offered a regular refund, no gift card/credit at all, and I declined. Figured I’d HUTA tomorrow!
OK! So I called again, was told that the listing changed due to error, and she would give me a refund… I asked for the supervisor, who ordered a replacement, and gave me a $50 credit, which I gratefully accepted. Thanks for your help, by relaying your story!
