Very important that people know its a 1 time use so you cant practice on it. I bought it once and it did that then its not usable

How so? 1 time use meaning after the first person uses it a 2nd can’t or you can’t figure out how to compact it after you used it?
No as in once you unroll it, you can’t pack it up again to use it again.
So you would have to leave it in case god forbid chas vshalom something happens and you need to use it. You can’t practice on it.
Of course you can buy 2 but for those buying 1

After my neighbors house burned killing three people trapped inside I bought one. Hope I never have to use it but don’t want the last moments of my life to be thinking, “why didn’t I buy that escape ladder when I first thought about it?”
Anyone know of a ladder that can fit 15+ inch window sills? Our window has a sill on the inside that is 13” up to the window screen and then another 2” outside the window screen.
Wondering the same thing. For bock + brick construction, the wall thickness is quite wide…..
